Just heard on the news that the United States government is discussing requiring BMI as part of the vitals that they check when you go in to the doctor or hospital. If they consider you "obese" then they will start you on nutritional diets and therapy.... BIG BROTHER!! What is it hurting America if our people are obese? Does this hurt the government? No, really, tell me, because I was never good in economics... I made the best grades in the class because I knew how to study and memorize.

Had my ususal:
8 oz. of skim milk
1 1/2 cups of Frosted Mini Wheats.... need to remember to put that on my grocery list.
(forgot the fruit and didn't bring any for snack... putting pineapple on my grocery list as well)
What do you eat for breakfast? Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. Be sure to actually EAT breakfast EVERYDAY. But what should you eat? Try to stick to one ingredient foods (ex. eggs, fruit, etc.). If you're like me and you can't handle that heavy food in the morning, go for cereal, but if the box doesn't say "Whole Grain" on the front, or if the 1st ingredient is not listed as whole grain, it's best to stay away or only eat that as a reward or pick-me-up once in a blue moon.
