Day 56...

12:23 pm
For breakfast I had Cheerios and a cup of milk.

Went on my morning power walk.
Currently at 5249 steps.
Currently at 32 oz of water.

I did 55 pushups and sit ups and 100 biceps, triceps, and squats.

For supper I had fish, salad, and corn on the cob.

Day 55...

MY SCALE SAYS IM 179 LBS!!! FINALLY IN THE 170S!!! I HAVENT BEEN HERE SINCE SENIOR YR OF HIGH SCHOOL (1 YEAR AGO)! PRAISE GOD!

8:00 am
At work...

Currently at 3002 Steps.
Currently at 16 oz of water.

For breakfast, I had a bowl of cheerios and a cup and a half of milk (I drank all my milk before I could take my meds).


For lunch I had chicken strips :/ and water!

For dinner I had chicken fried rice and water.

So my dinner choices weren't very healthy today but I finished the day with 10,021 steps! :)

Day 54...




Currently at 181 lbs!!!!! So proud that I have lost 6 pounds in 54 days!

I've been keeping up on my excersing, I just took a break from blogging for the last 11 days.

At work.

Currently at 2752 Steps.

Currently at 32 oz of water.

Today at church, my pastor/uncle was talking about Samson walking 25 miles to Gaza. He asked the audience if anyone had walked 25 miles recently. I raised my hand. A woman behind said "GO OLIVIA" haha.

Oh yeh, and for breakfast I had a bowl of cheerios and a cup of milk.
When I got to church I wanted a donut, but one of my dad's friends saw me get it and he said "Do you want to gain back those six pounds?" so I only ate half of it!! :]
For lunch, I had yummy chicken spaghetti and a cup of milk. I also had a spoon of peanut butter and some apples and peanut butter... I'm just really hungry today for some reason...

For dinner, I had 2 pieces of Popeyes spicy chicken and half of one of their rolls...

I lost count on how much water I drank, but I know I drank a lot, because I was constantly drinking it.

Finished the day at approx. 8000 steps.

Day 42....

I have been at this exercising thing for over a month now and have only lost 4 pounds. Still, for me being a little lazy on some days, I'M PRETTY HAPPY WITH 4 POUNDS!!

I heard this song for the first time yesterday on my morning walk. It made me feel  KNOW that God is cheering me on to reach my goal of losing 30 pounds. I hope this song inspires you today to keep it up!!



For breakfast I had... Cookie Crisp cereal. In my defense.. they're Whole Grain and there are only 100 calories in 3/4 a cup.. which I ate a little bit over. AND there is only 9% sugar in it! It's okay to have yummy food like this every once in a while as long as you don't over indulge.


I'm at work so...

  Currently at 2952 Steps.
  Currently at 24 oz of water.

I HOPE THE OLYMPICS IS PUMPING EVERYONE UP TO EXERCISE MORE!!


Sooo I got lazy last night when I got home and had a Pretty Little Liars marathon. No excuse, I know.

Day 41...

For breakfast I had scrambled sausage and pineapple.

I went for a power walk with my two cousins.

I also did 110 push ups and sit ups and 100 biceps, triceps, and squats.

Currently at 4984 Steps.
Currently at 40 oz of water.

Finished with about 10,000 Steps.

I was really active this past weekend. I washed a lot of cars so I didn't keep my pedometer on me.

Day 37...

Had my usual breakfast minus fruit.

At work.

Currently at 16 oz of water.

For lunch I had a slice of pizza, water, pineapple, and 4 okra.

For snacks I have had 2 Nature Valley Peanut Bars and a chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

Currently at 6158 Steps
Currently at 32 oz of water.

7:01 pm
For supper I had a puny, cheap chicken quesadilla and some Dr. Pepper.

STILL AT WORK.

  Currently at 9293 Steps


Finished at 10,202 Steps.
