Day 29...

For breakfast, I had a cup a and a half of Cinamon Toast Crunch and 8 oz of 2% milk.

On the way to work, I had about 6 oz of my Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie.

Had some yummy free birds health friendly quesadillas and 6 oz of Dr. Pepper.

For supper I had some healthy deer fajitas and 16 oz of water.

I also had some sugar free chocolate chips and a pickle.

Finished the day at 7186 Steps
