For breakfast, I had my usual.

Went for a walk with my cousin and played Just Dance.
For lunch I had a turkey and pepper jack cheese wrap on wheat tortilla with water. Then I made me and my cousin some yummy smoothies.
Currently at 8314 Steps
Currently at 32 oz of water
Had a Nature Valley Peanut Bar for snack.

For supper I had some healthy quesadillas and 8 oz milk.
I enjoyed some yummy diabetic dessert nachos.
Finished the day with about 10,489 steps give or take.
