Day 20...

10:43 am
I think I'm off on my days, but, oh well, I can fix that later.

For breakfast I had:
8 oz of milk
1 1/2 cups of Honey Bunches of Oats
Some yummy, fresh pineapple

Went for a power walk with my cousin.

7579 Steps

21 oz of water

11:15 am
55 (girl) push ups
55 sit ups
100 biceps curls
100 triceps lifts

Currently at 32 oz of water

Had a nice egg wrap on wheat tortilla for lunch. HIGH IN PROTEIN. 8 oz of skim milk and some pineapple. My fave fruit:)))

Been cleaning up the house.

Currently at 10,055 Steps

For dinner I had some healthy nachos and 8 oz of milk.

Then I had..... Chocolate:D

Currently at 11,484 Steps!!:)

9:00 pm
Had a protein bar for a snack.

I was very active as Vacation Bible School staff tonight.

I'm finishing the day with 17,594 Steps!!! BEST EVER!!
