Day 26...

183 lbs:))

For breakfast, I had what I had yesterday. Heehee

For lunch I made my version of Free Bird's Quesadillas which I will post here soon with 8 oz of milk... I love milk.

Currently at 3192 Steps but planning on walking after the movie!!:)

2nd greatest accomplishment in exercise thus far. I just walked 3 miles IN MY HOUSE!!

I filled up on popcorn and Reese's at the movies. And diet Dr. Pepper.

Also having 8 oz of milk.

Finished the day with 10,066 Steps
55 push ups and sit ups and 100 biceps and triceps.

HAPPY STEPPING
