For breakfast I had what I had yesterday.
Headed to the hospital on a dreary day. :/
Currently at 468 Steps
I'm super proud of myself for going over my goal the last few days!!:)

For lunch I had 8 piece nuggets at chickfilla and 8 oz of water and maybe three waffle fries (only because I'm not big on fries). Then I had a chocolate macadamia nut cookie.
Currently at 1134 Steps

For dinner I had left over fish tacos (which are nasty heated back up!!). And 16 oz of milk.
Currently at 10,207 Steps
55 push ups and sit ups
80-100 biceps and triceps depending on whether I lost count or not.
Had a yummy Nature Valley Peanut Bar.
Finished the day with 10,256 Steps!!
